M1 Garand rifle. 30-06 caliber. United States Government Issue. Manufactured 1954 or 1955, depending on what chart or source you are referring to. Made by Springfield Armory, the original manufacture owned by the US, not the current firearms company with the same name. Excellent, original condition with original stock. Correct government cartouche and "P" mark on stock. Bore is mint. Finish appears to be original. Rifle does not appear to have been fired much at all.
