How do I choose a good username and password?
When choosing a username and password the rule of thumb is: longer is better (but within reason so that you can remember it easily) and something that is personal to only you. However, if your username or password is so complex that you have to write it down, you should choose another one.

When choosing the username you may want to take the first 3 letters of you first name and the first 3 letters of your last name
When choosing the password you can use a phrase to generate a password: Take the phrase "I Love To Play In The Rain". Use the first letters: iltpitr.
