If you clicked on a link or a button and nothing happened, you may have software on your computer that suppresses unwanted pop-up and banner advertisements. See if it has a setting to allow desirable pop-ups, or at least temporarily allow them.

For Internet Explorer Version 6.0 Users:

When you install SP2, Pop-up Blocker is turned on in Internet Explorer and set to the medium setting, which means it will block most automatic pop-ups. The default settings for the pop-up blocker allow you to see pop-ups that are opened when you click a link or button on a Web site. Pop-up Blocker will also play a sound and show the Information Bar when a pop-up is blocked. You can adjust these settings so that Pop-up Blocker works the way you want it to.

To change Pop-up Blocker settings:
    ·  Open Internet Explorer.
    ·  On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.


If you want to see pop-up windows from a specific Web site, type the address (or URL) of the site in the Address of Web site to allow box, and then click Add.



Tip: To temporarily allow a site to display pop-ups, click the Information Bar when it notifies you that a pop-up has been blocked. Then click Temporarily Allow Pop-ups.

To block pop-ups even if they are launched when you click a link or button on a Web site:
    ·  Open Internet Explorer.
    ·  On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
    ·  Select the High setting in the box near the bottom of the dialog box.

Note: If you want to see pop-ups that are blocked when you have this setting turned on, hold down the CTRL key while the window opens.


For Google Toolbar Users:
Enabling pop-ups is as simple as clicking the pop-up button on the Google Toolbar . Your number blocked may be different but after you have clicked the button it should change to . This enables Consignall pop-up windows to open on future visits. If you wish to enable all Consignall web sites to show pop-ups click on www.cansellall.com and click your toolbar button.
Note: This will open in a new window, thus allowing you to return to this page. After allowing pop-ups with the Google toolbar the window will be refreshed.

For Yahoo! Companion Toolbar Users:

To enable pop-ups using the Yahoo! Companion Toolbar:
    ·  Locate the pop-up blocker button on the toolbar
    ·  Click on the button and select "Always Allow Pop-Ups From..."
    ·  A new window will open. At the top it will show your recently blocked pop-ups.
    ·  Highlight by clicking on the site address and then click the "Allow" button on the right hand side of the window.
    ·  A dialog box will open asking "Always allow pop-ups from or whatever site you have chosen?". Click the ok button. The site will now appear at the bottom of the window in the "Always Allow Pop-Ups from these sources" section of the window.
    ·  After selecting other sites that have been recently blocked click the "Ok" button at the bottom of the window to save the selections and close this window.
    ·  Now you should be able to view any pop-ups from the chosen web sites.
    ·  To reverse these actions, follow the above steps, only this time select the site from the bottom section and click remove, confirm this action by clicking the ok button when asked and then follow step 6 to close the window and save changes.

For Netscape 7 and Mozilla Users:

To enable pop-ups from both Netscape 7 and Mozilla follow these steps:
    ·  Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the Navigator Browser window.
    ·  Choose "Popup Manager"
    ·  Choose "Manage Pop-ups"
    ·  A new window will open. At the top of the new window you will see a text box, type into the text box the addresses you want added and click add after each address.
    ·  Those sites will now be added to your allowed sites list. Click ok to save the changes and close this window.
    ·  Now you should be able to view pop-ups from the websites you added.
