Why are we selling?
One of the two Owners is experiencing medical issues and needs to work less hours per week.
Breakfast items, Rotisserie Chicken, Montreal Smoked Meat, Club & assorted Sandwiches, Salads, Chicken entrees, Poutines and more which are very easily prepared.

Friday 9am to 2 pm
Saturday 9am to 5pm

Currently 2 owners who work part time at the Deli (20 to 24 hours a week each)
Monthly is $1205 including all taxes, utilities and common costs
Square footage is 350 with half of such being a back kitchen preparation area

Our Guests have come to expect ample portions of our fresh food and as a result we typically run a 35-40% food cost.
We currently have very good relations with our fresh Chicken and Smoked Meat Suppliers.
Annual Costs include Fire Suppression, Grease Trap and Exhaust Hood maintenance, plus liability insurance all below average costs through the Market
Menu prices have been slightly increased to reflect higher food costs
An onsite Marketing program is being implemented to advertise our promotions as well as to attract a new stream of revenue to compliment our food sales.
